Everything was great but the bus was a little warm 😊When we got to the airport and went threw security my husband realized he left his credit card holder with money and his visa 🙈😘on the bus .So I called the bus line right away and Nicole answered and was very helpful she called the driver on our bus Shijoland explained to him what happened . Shijo called Nicole back and then she informed us that his money and wallet was found ❤️🙏Thank u both for your kindness and honesty 🩷

The bus ride was smooth and nice. There was a bathroom at the back of the bus, as well as outlets at every seat. However the bus came 50 minutes later than it was expected, which resulted in reaching close to 2 hours later than listed. 5:30-8:15 bus ride from Queensu to Pearson was actually 6:20-10pm

Onexbus has been a great method of transportation to get to the airport for a very reasonable price. I have utilized the service many times with no issues but this last trip, it was a 2:25 AM pickup so I was looking forward to sleeping but the bus was incredibly shaky. Felt like everything was vibrating, which made it next to impossible to sleep. Everything else was good, driver was timely, not too busy, affordable and convenient.
