Bus was scheduled at 12:40 from Kitchener to Toronto. I waited for 1 hour patiently but it didn’t come. Side by side I was tracking online but there were no real time updates I had flight at 5:00pm so I had to book Uber and proceed. If I would’ve waited for some more time I would have missed the flight. Bus number-5510 never came on time. Ruined my day Request greyhound guys not to continue in this fashion please provide accurate real time updates so that one can plan for the next steps
I had to wait in the cold, I’m very unsatisfied and felt unsafe.
Driver was great. Very professional and provided details for our full ride. we were late only because there was very heavy traffic.
Bus was early arriving in Toronto. It would have been nice if the driver announced that 15 or 30 minutes prior
Usually 5 to 10 minutes delay is not a big deal but today was really cold and windy and there was no covered place around to go and sit.
no fault of the driver. bad accident on the 401, traffic backed up for quite a ways
not thrilled to discover an abandoned Charles St. Terminal. Luckily not too cold to stand outside and wait for our bus.
I’m extremely disappointed in this greyhound service. First, I was waiting at the stop at 2:40 and the bus came but didn’t even stop? So I had to wait an hour until the next bus came in and when I got on the bus the driver was less than ideal and aggressive in his tone.
My trip this time was fine. However I made an error booking my trip to the airport instead of downtown and I was disappointed that I could not change it up and just had to forfeight the ticket and book a new one.
We stood out in the freezing cold waiting for the very late bus. No notice on line that it would be late.
The ride itself was smooth and fast, however, the bus arrived over half an hour late and so got to the airport about half an hour late.
Great bus, chargers and all, but the bus driver was beyond rude
Very good. From Toronto to Kitchner departure my bus left 15 min late from the scheduled time
The Driver was rude and unprofessional. He seemed to have a problem with people of colour. I myself received few dirty looks from him so did my child and I have witnessed him talking in a rude manner to a costumer who polity wondered if he could be dropped off in an designated stop. after the passenger went back to her seat, the driver turned to another passenger and commented,"some people are nuts." I found this very disrespectful. I'll be frank, he was acting like a raciest person. Shocking to see this In my beloved Canada and in a big company like Greyhound. I hope I won't go through this experience again. Best, Amira Issa
Excellent service. There is a notice at the Kitchener bus terminus to say the building is no longer in use. Please add a notice to say something like "Greyhound kiosk on the other side of the building"! We went driving around Kitchener for about 45 minutes (with road works and Coke advert road closures) to go to the new building only to be told that the Greyhound kiosk is at the old one!
a bus arrived late 30min ( was not sure it was the bus 5662 i booked, 5662 does not go to pearson airport) then the driver asked me to go on with people who bought tickets to airport , i told the driver i will take the train at union station at 3:15 pm, she said it’s ok The bus arrived at the union station at York corner at 2:57 and let us go off . i ran with luggage to union station just enough time to board my train. i was exhausted and nervous because if i missed this train i will have to buy another train ticket ( 150-200$) and got home 10pm. this happened first time with groundhog bus. please do not put people on the bus that they do not buy ticket!
