Find coaches from Kitchener (ON) to Toronto

The experience was affected due to the driver not assisting with luggage loading. Driver advised he could not assist us, it was not his job. The travel itself was great!

Finding the bus was a huge frustration as we couldn't find 1 Victoria St. Thankfully while driving around we saw the bus arrive & were surprised it stopped on the side of the road to load passengers, not in a parking lot.

When I arrived at the airport I asked the driver what terminal we were at and he essentially said “I don’t know I’m just a driver”. I told him I was surprised a driver for your company would ever respond to a customer that way.

Greeted by name, and quickly helped with luggage. Site specifies that the ticket should be printed but thankfully the driver did not require.

Bus got stuck in stratford which is not anyone’s fault cause there was a snowstorm. But nobody informed about the delay and I have waited there for more than 1.5 hours. I needed to catch the flight and I had to book uber worth 150 dollars to airport. Very poor service

I booked the ticket for my husband. But for no reason, the bus delayed for 20 minutes and my husband was declined to board the bus. My husband knew little English and at last I had to get off work and drove him to the airport .

The bus was delayed by an hour and I had to take an uber to airport instead. The customer care representative was not able to provide a definitive ETA.

Booking was effortless, bus was on time and clean. Only issue is finding the Kitchener pickup point "Kitchener Sportsworld Station". The actual station belongs to GO, and apparently off limits to Intercity & Onex Bus. The bus stops across the street at an unmarked pickup point. This should be specified when making the booking to reduce passenger uncertainty and stress!

The bus both ways to and from Pearson YYZ was late and one of the rides was in a cramped van

bus showed up 30 minutes late and arrived at destination an hour late, only indication was an email that said it would be 15 mins late

Glad he was driving not me .. but think he needed a few cups of coffee as he kept yawning.. and burping ..

It is hard for a visitor finding where to get on the bus in Kitchener. I stood where I got off the bus from Toronto and just about missed it over on the side street

Very Friendly Staff! Driver is a true gentleman & helped with my luggage. Smooth ride, clean seats, very well maintained. Everything was Amazing! Looking forward to booking my next trip on Red Arrow

It was good but they arrived late

The buses going to/from Union Station and Kitchener have all been fantastic - comfortable seating, kind drivers, AC, and affordable pricing.

The bus basically broke down twice. On the 427 south it broke for good and we waited at the side of the highway for another bus to come. Basically over an hour late by the time we arrived. Bus driver was fantastic. Give him something that runs to drive.

Bad, cancelled 30mins before the scheduled time and due to the cancellation, the return ticket could not be refunded

Bus got cancelled a couple hours before. It was the only bus heading to Toronto area at that time

Stressful- bus was 40 min late and no info provided despite me giving my contact info.

It was seamless. My only feedback is that the pick up point is not clear. There’s no sign or anything marking it.
