Bus Tickets from Pearson Toronto Airport (YYZ) to London

There was no Wi-Fi service as advertised, arrival time was delayed in about 30min, it eas operated by a van and I should be warned of that previously.

The Intercity Van came 1 hour late and its AC was broken. It was a terrible ride home after a very long travel day.

The bus did not drop me at my destination. Carrying luggage around trying to figure out how to go to my destination in a new city is challenging

We had to change bus on Hamilton, without any explanation. Also the driver didn't drive comfortably, and said that he would drop us off at Elgin Hall - Western University, but he drop us off at somewhere on Western University.

Punctual , efficient. Only downside was that seat numbers were not properly labeled

This was by far the worst bus trip I’ve ever had. From the moment I boarded until we arrived, there was a strong sewage smell throughout the entire bus. It was unbearable. Many passengers had to cover their noses and mouths because of the odour. There was no FlixBus logo on the bus, there was no Wi-Fi, and the charging outlets were terrible. The charger wouldn’t stay plugged in unless I held it in place the whole time. I had booked seat 20B, but the bus only went up to row 15. I was told to sit next to the washroom instead, which made the already unbearable smell even worse. Overall, this was an extremely unpleasant experience and definitely the worst bus journey I’ve ever had.

The driver was a gentelmann, but, when I bought the ticket, I choose togheter the option "Whatsapp Preminum Customer Support", because I didn,t have e-sim. Unfortunately, the driver was unaware of the service and did not have the password.

Punctual, clean and with a friendly driver. After a long flight it is all I wanted.

Was not easy to find. Having not used ZyroGo before. Should have mentioned that name was on van. He almost left without me

my bus driver was hours late. broke down, had to get on another bus on the highway, the driver was falling asleep. I’m never using inter-city again

It was Bad. We got 7 minutes delay due to Baggage delay. We told that we will be there in real 2 minutes but still not heard.

The bus was very clean and left on time and was just a few minutes late getting to the final destination. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the free wifi was available. The driver said it was free and didn't need a password but it was locked. A fellow passenger found this to be the case as well.

The driver was ver good and fast at his stops the bus was a little on the loud side

The machines were down, and immigration took longer than usual - there is even news coverage about it. I call them, but the automated message told me to send an email which I did, requesting to be rescheduled, but my email was never responded to. It is not acceptable that it is okay for them to be late (they sent an email that they bus will be about 30 mins late) but when we request for accommodation regarding an extenuating situation beyond our control, that is not acceeded. The driver called me and I told him about the situation but he said that as my ticket was a standard one I will not be rescheduled or refunded. I had to pay put of pocket and purchase a ticket with a different peovider.

Very dissatisfied. Change of travel plans. Attempted to contact via phone and email but no response. Then told by another entity that no refunds allowed.. Still no response from velocity bus.
