Bus Tickets from Pearson Toronto Airport (YYZ) to Western University

We had to change bus on Hamilton, without any explanation. Also the driver didn't drive comfortably, and said that he would drop us off at Elgin Hall - Western University, but he drop us off at somewhere on Western University.

Punctual , efficient. Only downside was that seat numbers were not properly labeled

This was by far the worst bus trip I’ve ever had. From the moment I boarded until we arrived, there was a strong sewage smell throughout the entire bus. It was unbearable. Many passengers had to cover their noses and mouths because of the odour. There was no FlixBus logo on the bus, there was no Wi-Fi, and the charging outlets were terrible. The charger wouldn’t stay plugged in unless I held it in place the whole time. I had booked seat 20B, but the bus only went up to row 15. I was told to sit next to the washroom instead, which made the already unbearable smell even worse. Overall, this was an extremely unpleasant experience and definitely the worst bus journey I’ve ever had.

The pickup was on time, but it didn't arrive at the destination point. I purchased the ticket until Western University, and without reason, the driver informed us that the final destination was Intercity Bus Terminal at King Street, London.

My ticket stated we would arrive in London at 9.35 AM. There was a change in departure location and also departure time given of morning of travel so that arrival to London was approximately 10.45 AM I will not travel on your bus again.

I was very dissatisfied with my recent Intercity bus trip. The bus departed late, which disrupted my schedule. To make matters worse, water was leaking from the AC vent directly above my seat, making the ride uncomfortable and raising concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. I expect better reliability and vehicle condition for the price paid. I cannot recommend this service.

Punctual, clean and with a friendly driver. After a long flight it is all I wanted.

Paraphrased Review My experience with ZyroGo has been absolutely phenomenal. It’s one of the few bus services I’ve used that consistently arrives on time. I also really appreciate the bus tracking feature available 15 minutes before pickup, which makes the service much more convenient and reliable. The bus was clean, comfortable, and not overcrowded, and having direct transportation to and from London is also a huge plus. Price was also below competition which is appreciated. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience with ZyroGo and would definitely recommend it.

my bus driver was hours late. broke down, had to get on another bus on the highway, the driver was falling asleep. I’m never using inter-city again

It was Bad. We got 7 minutes delay due to Baggage delay. We told that we will be there in real 2 minutes but still not heard.

The bus was very clean and left on time and was just a few minutes late getting to the final destination. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the free wifi was available. The driver said it was free and didn't need a password but it was locked. A fellow passenger found this to be the case as well.

Used condom on bus floor, driver was lost a couple of times, arrived almost one hour late. Will never take this bus company again.

Well, if i don't ask the security officer outside the airport, I wouldn't have known that it was him. Then, the speed was crazy even within the city... it was not very relaxing trip.

I was grateful when the driver called me when I had not shown up at the appointed time (I got stuck in the wrong Airport terminal). He was able to direct me to a new pick-up point, and we left on time. Excellent customer service!
