We were two hours delayed, and the heater was super high which made me feel very uncomfortable. Also the communication about the border control could have been better, i had no idea we had to wait outside, and i didnt bring my coat from the bus. Positive: nice big chairs.

Got swapped to a poor bus with no notice and then the bus did not go all the way to the destination as promised. We had to do the last 3 hours in a crammed minibus with bags on our laps.

5 of us got dropped off told to change bus. There was no bus. We ended up being put into a taxi who brought us to the border. And on the other side we got a collectivo to get to copacabana. This was never mentioned previously and seemed extremely unorganised.
