Find coaches from Copacabana, BO to Arequipa

We left one hour later, the office guy was very mean. We had to walk a long distance from the office (very rushed) to the bus. The first bus was very hot and there was little oxygen. In Puno we had to switch bus. The guy told us first that we could leave our luggagge inside the bus because we would take the same bus. He then gave us tickets of which we found out was another bus. So we had to find out ourselves that we had to recollect our lugagge from the old bus. There was little explanation to all this chaos. Luckily we found everything ourselves but definitely a bad service overall, very chaotic.

The person working at the office in Copacabana was extremely mad and it was really chaotic getting people on the bus to Arequipa. Some people had to leave the bus in Puno to change to another bus, but there was no information provided by the staff on the bus. We were told to wait in the bus, as the only people. The staff said that they would be back in a minute or to, but they ended up locking us in the bus for 15-20 minutes. The ride from Puno to Arequipa was not that great, as the heater was turned up high and the AC turned off.

The seats are comfortable and they recline to a good angle. From bus station we were crammed I to a minibus for an hour. We then got to border and had to carry our luggage for a mile. I was left behind, i had heavy luggage, snd had no idea where I was going Overall seats are comfortable but organisation was terrible.
