My trip was aweful, my bus was scheduled to leave at 6:35 am 7/04/17' we didnt leave out till after 10 am bc they had no driver and had to fly a driver in out of dallas texas which threw the whole schedule of the trip off,we arrived in Shreveport around 230pmor 3pm and was told we had to stay there till 12:50 am for the next bus or we can get back on the bus thats going to dallas and let them redo our tickets free of charge and we will be given a voucher for a free meal and get to our destination from there, well they redid our tickets and said they would attach a voucher to get a meal but we never got a voucher and didnt make it to our destination until 5:15 pm 8/5/17
