It has been a while since I needed a bus service Kamloops to Kelowna, but I must say I was very impressed. The cabin was clean and well equipped/appointed. I’ve never seen seatbelts on a bus before and there they were. Driver was smartly dressed and looked professional. We had a pleasant chat before the bus trip began and he was helpful too with baggage.

I understand delays may happen between bus transfers, accidents, environmental factors and vehicle malfunctions all possible.My issue is with the bus stop I was left waiting for 1hour and 45 minutes. No seats, no shelter and no idea how long I would wait.
