Ebus User Reviews
Ebus receives praise for its excellent drivers and smooth rides, with passengers appreciating the overall service. However, some reviews mention discomfort due to less comfortable seats and issues with toilet facilities. Additionally, there are reports of delays on certain routes and concerns about wifi quality during trips.
I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. I actually screwed up and book my departure for the wrong date (one full week). The girl at the kiosk caught it prior to boarding and was able to switch my departure. I wasn’t super excited that the fare nearly tripled based on “dynamic pricing” as the bus was nowhere near full but it is what it is. Seats were very roomie with a foot rest. Free Wi-Fi (which didn’t work but it was a nice ‘feature’). Electrical outlet to charge my phone and iPad. An air vent that actually blew cool air. And there was a bathroom onboard. Eric was my bus driver and he was incredibly pleasant and friendly. Very satisfied with my experience overall and would use Ebus again in a heartbeat. In fact, given this experience, I would never fly from Edmonton to Calgary again and just take the bus.

The whole trip was amazing. What made it three star is there was a one guy passenger who talks through his phone the whole trip like a megaphone. We almost reached Vernon before th driver has to speak up and say, “Can the one who talks too loud lower it a bit for the whole bus can hear you?”

It was as advertised even a little early to Edmonton
Edie D.
Service was good, however, there was a lady behind me talking so loud non stop.

The bus trip was comfortable and safe

Annoying how the bus is always delayed. We were supposed to leave downtown Kelowna 4:20 but didn’t leave till almost 5.
