I was very satisfied with this service and will use it again. The bus arrived on time but it just took a few minutes to get everyone’s luggage loaded and get us seated. It really stayed close to scheduler and we just arrived approx 15 mins later to the airport, which was not a problem because we had scheduled to get there lots early. Staff were very professional and helpful and the ride was smooth!
Didn’t end up getting on the bus due to it being so late, didn’t get notified of it being late, ended up calling the company to find out where it was and it was still going to be a long while away, so cancelled and get a taxi
I had taken the Grey Hound back in the day, and loved it. I was happy to see that there exists an alternative to that means of travel, and it is updated to today's technology! I could plug in my laptop,be connected to WiFi, and have the time to catch up on my work, while I commuted to my destination! Can't do that when I'm driving. I plan on using this service again and again this summer, so I can enjoy B.C's beauty without having to drive. Hats off to the awesome driver who ensured I got my baggage with out confusion, etc. Overall, was very impressed with my trip with their service, and highly recommend them to anyone needing to travel thru B.C and Alberta.
The bus being was due to construction on the Coq, that slowed down traffic, and also a few people where getting off the bus, when one of the passengers got to their destination, to use the bathrm. Had to wait for them at 2 different places. the driver did not like it, but did not say anything as he was polite.
All in all everything was fine. Feels like the bus makes a lot of unnecessary stops making the trip longer than it needs to be. Like two stops in Red Deer and the one at the shopping mall before Calgary. Dropping off 2-3 people each time which delayed the ride by 30 min at least.
The seats on the bus are incredibly uncomfortable. The amount of time we were stopped at the Burger King in Merritt was too long with very little communication from the drivers. The bathroom at the Burger King in Merritt was one of the dirtiest and most unkept bathrooms I’ve ever been in in my life. It was absolutely disgusting, and they should be required to clean it, especially if that is where your companies buses regularly stop.
The bus itself was nice but the experience overall felt amateurish. I was amazed the bus was an hour late and when the bus finally arrived the bus driver gave no apology and was extremely unapproachable. He seemed quite miserable and rude and as such wasn’t very talkative with the customers. I’m not sure what happened that led to this experience but it’s sad this was my first experience with EBus.
Bad service. Poor representatives. Awful phone service. Unclear ETicket itinerary. 0/5, will never use again. Will spread the reputation of ineffective, poor service to other bus go’ers, will also leave a poor Google 0/5 review too.
In my opinion the bus was late due to long weekend traffic. I noticed that even Vernon had an extreme volume of traffic. Yes the bus was late but after leaving YLW the schedule remained consistent not worse.
Busbud is a bus and train search tool – we include Ebus routes, schedules and prices in our searches along with many other train and bus companies. You can compare prices, amenities and times by searching for a route. If you find a suitable trip, you can go ahead and get your Ebus ticket from us. Note that train tickets sell out, Ebus and other operators generally charge a lot more for last-minute tickets or for tickets bought in person.
