The bus driver on the coach that left from Toronto to Niagra falls was not friendly.
buses too uncomfortable
Overall good experience. Despite being a late start, I reached on time.
The quality could be better, also the ticket should have a seat for each one, not making a line and wait 20 or 30 minutes.
Bus are always late, wi-fi is only available on half of the buses and none of them had electricity
I have absolutely no issues with Greyhound. However unfortunately all the buses I was in did not have wifi.
Just wow first time using it and I enjoy it
The driver for the bus from Toronto to Niagara falls was amazing.Excellent job and professionalism.
Only problem at Toronto casue when buss arrived night 1:30 at that time Toronto terminal is close and we are waiting out of terminal it's really so hard!! Please update this opsion please
J'ai pas aimé Il s’arrête beaucoup
On time please.
Overall drive was good. Bus late at the airport and driver not always heard when announcing stop. Seat have good leg room and bus is comfy
Not very instinctive system, employees were not very helpful
The bus is spacious enough with free-wifi. The driver is well informed about the travel, especially the bus terminal. However, a few of buses do not have electrical plug if our mobile phone runs out the power.
After paying about US$626:00 we encountered delays on our return trip and arrived at our final destination the following morning at 1:00am instead of the same evening. At that cost the trip should have been a direct one.
Slight delays in bus departures
Me as a Australian visitor in Canada i was expecting much better organization
The driver is an angel while the bus was complete waste of space on this planet that should be taken to the nearest valley and thrown away
Wi-fi didn't work.
I was satisfied with the service. There was a little delay in Toronto because of the afternoon traffic but we still managed to arrive there on time to catch our bus to Niagara Fall. It was a very comfortable ride.
Please make sure that you have power outlets working for all the seats All my journey it was horrible no outlets, if there is outlet working then no proper wi fi. It works mostly for front seats and majority of back seats weren't working. When requested for the driver he always said we reset at the back or something but no luck
