The bus played loud static and loud spanish music the whole way, so I couldn't get any sleep. Power port on the seat I was in didn't work so I couldn't use my laptop. And the schedule included several stops in parking lots that didn't seem needed for a few hour trip. My experience with your competitor's bus on the next leg of my trip were way better.

The bus arrive one hour late to the bus station and after the checkpoint the bus broke and we wait 1 hour and after that They stop for breakfast 20 minutes
The driver decided to take 50 minute lunch break. Very unprofessional. Never use them again.
