The bus arrived 4 hours later than scheduled in NYC, the bus was in a very bad state, very dirty, with a broken window, the rain leaking inside from the roof, and electrical outlets didn't work, the bathroom was not operating. It was stuffy and packed and the driver looked fed up and wasn't at all approachable. And then we were late for even our 2nd option of a connecting bus from Syracuse to Buffalo. So we had to contact several Uber drivers who understandably refused to drive us the distance to Buffalo, but we eventually managed to hire an Uber in the middle of the night who we paid well above the rate in tips because we were so grateful to get home in time for work in 2 hours. We arrived in Buffalo absolutely shattered in the early hours of the morning. I am hoping the experience is not typically like this.
The bus driver was great. However the bus AC was not working and it was extremely hot. I was thankful that she organized the bus to be switched with a new bus with a working AC.
The driver didn’t make us aware that our bus had arrived, nowhere could we see the bus number that we had on our tickets, the driver was rude and dismissive, the seats are uncomfortable, given the price that I had paid, I am incredibly disappointed.
The driver was very helpful. The bus had issues such as - wifi was not working, and water dropping from the air conditioner. Bus quality should be taken care.
First class bus travel, 8.5 hours whizzed by in the very comfy and recliner seats. Bus was fully air-conditioned too.
Would deffo travel with them again.
In 15 degree weather, my bus driver decided to have the emergency doors open during the whole 9 hour bus drive, which caused the bus to be freezing. On top of that all the outlets on the bus were not working.
The bus driver was mentally unstable and lashed out at one customer who was listening to music using her headphones. Apparently her music was audible to him (we did not hear anything) and he said it was a "legal issue". He later called the state troopers on her. The whole time she was quiet and not bothering anyone. It was just disturbing to watch and we all felt uncomfortable and unsafe in the vehicle with the driver.
Man on a mission. I appreciate the operator forgot his name but love his pride for the job definitely will be back using this bus again. He make it his business to get to each stop on time!
The bus was on time from New York and to Buffalo. However, when we arrived at the Buffalo airport the driver just dropped us off at a location where we didn’t even know where we were. This is the area for ride share. Other passengers were probably waiting for Lyft, etc. We were from out of town and we needed to catch the parking shuttle back to where we parked. We ended up crossing the streets unsafely in order to get to the side for entrance to the airport. If there was better alternative, we don’t know. It was a bit of a shock factor but then we figured it out. Dragging bags across the lot wasn’t fun either. I know now for next time. This was my first time taking the bus to Buffalo airport.
I was put on the wrong bus, I supposed to get on the bus that stops at buffalo airport, but the one I got on didn't stop, but the nice gentleman at buffalo terminal was kind enough to call me a uber that eventually took me to the airport, so overall was ok
Very disoriented. Changed bus on last stop , passengers over loaded ,second bus driver was so rude and shouted on passengers , took so long to reach to my destination
The bus was overheating instead of transferring to another bus he just kept going. I arrived 5 hours late and got to my job late. Not only did my 8hr trip become 13 hr it was the worst ride.
The bus was not in condition to do any trips the heat was not working and we endured 20 degrees of freezing cold for over 6 hours. The bus driver knew about the issue and said “oh well it’s not a big deal” we all become extremely sick. This was a safety issue and it needs to be address by the company
