Greyhound Richmond Roanoke recent customer reviews

The bus originated in Richmond yet there was no driver available, so the bus left 1-1/2 hours late. There were no explanations of the situation for those waiting in the station. Three volunteers, non-paid, non-Greyhound employees, were trying to help everyone in the station find the correct bus, but even they had no line on accurate information about departure gates, which were sometimes posted incorrectly and at imaginary departure times. It was general mayhem and should have been better organized. The trip, itself, once underway, was pleasant.
