I had an email titled your seat no. But there was no seat number also the bus was 20 mins late arriving at 12.15 midnight maybe a tracking app would help anxiety
First of all, you're very hard to reach. I couldn't find any email address or a phone number to get in touch. I arrived at the station in Rotterdam half an hour before departure time. Eventually a bus came and had Paris as destination and another bus number than the one on my ticket. The driver told me that this isn't the bus that I was supposed to take for my trip to London. And that's what I did, I did not get on that bus. That bus left and after an hour there still didn't come another bus with my bus number/destination (London via Lille). I had to buy another ticket from another company, that bus driver was more helpful (same destination, Paris). I'm beyond disappointed at your service
Bad experience all around. Late busses, nearly 3 hours late due to bad driving, mechanical issues, and inability to maintain passenger safety.
