The only thing I was worried about where were the the pick up point in Belfast was exactly and I did arrive 30 mins early like asked but the buses only seemed to turn up 10 to 5 mins beforehand, but the journey was smooth and comfy
Company has zero passion or duty of care for passengers. They knew the coach would be delayed due to ferry delays that morning however failed to inform passengers until after departure time which increased waiting times by several hours and extra expenses. Customer care and communication is does not exist. Will not be using their services again!
Ulsterbus were great, they facilitated the journey in Northern Ireland.
Their Scottish counterparts, City link, did the Glasgow to Cairnryan Ferry Terminal link.
Unfortunately, although the coach driver loaded luggage onto the storage area under the bus at Glasgow bus station, he didn't feel it necessary to unload it for passengers at the ferry terminal. Thank goodness for other courteous and polite travellers, otherwise I'd still be wrestling with my case !
Other than that the travel was satisfactory.
