Overall, it was a good experience. But it seems like the times of departure are not very exact. I got on the bus in Sarasota. It did not arrive until about five minutes after I thought it would depart. Then when we got to Fort Myers we had to wait about 15 minutes. More exact time would be better.

He couldn't control the bus being 1.15 late.
When I tried to call gh I got cut off. So I then texted. That was miserable. It wanted ticket number, I put it in. It came back 3 times. I finally got in a way. Then the lady was glory.
