The Tiemme counter staff downstairs (Siena) didn't answer my question specifically about my bicycle. The driver didn't provide any updates. The driver smoked immediately upon getting outside whil we were fetching our bags.
We had no issues at all. Bus ontime & driver was helpful and friendly. I would recommend taking Bus from Siena vs Train.
All good except for the wifi: there was none.
Bus very comfortable and compared to train much easier to get luggage on and off as it sits in luggage compartment and driver helps with it all.
Everything was smooth and timely.
The wc was closed the first two hours and we were 20 minutes late.
It was difficult to find the bus stop in Siena. A larger sign would be helpful!
Maiores detalhes e informações sobre o local de embarque seriam bem-vindas, porque onde as pessoas não falam inglês fica mais difícil obter tais informações.
