We had no issues at all. Bus ontime & driver was helpful and friendly. I would recommend taking Bus from Siena vs Train.
It is normal practice for drivers to say a few words of welcome to passengers and to explain the trip and facilities. This is common courtesy. At one point the bus stopped at a service station to get petrol, but this should be done BEFORE a trip, not during. The passengers remained in the bus without any air-conditioning. Also, the toilet was filthy and needs to be clean and hygienic at all times. I must say the driver was nice but you need to provide better training.
All good except for the wifi: there was none.
Bus very comfortable and compared to train much easier to get luggage on and off as it sits in luggage compartment and driver helps with it all.
Everything was smooth and timely.
The wc was closed the first two hours and we were 20 minutes late.
It was difficult to find the bus stop in Siena. A larger sign would be helpful!
Maiores detalhes e informações sobre o local de embarque seriam bem-vindas, porque onde as pessoas não falam inglês fica mais difícil obter tais informações.
