Absolute lifesaver, my driver Abdul picked me up on time and since I was the last ride of the night and the o my one on the bus dropped me off at my door. Five stars and is a great conversationalist. Made a bummer day of missed rides a lot more enjoyable

Really smooth drive. Only issue I had was that the Drop off location is too far away from centre of Canmore. Drop off at a place like the shops of Canmore or elevation place is close to everywhere and more convenient

I had a good experience from Calgary to Canmore. However, a stressful situation from Canmore to Calgary. We called the day before to confirm the schedule. And the agent confirmed the schedule. However, they did not show up, and we called 20 minutes later. The agent was not clear and told us the next one would come at 11:30 am. He did not confirm our name or ticket number. We were nervous and stressed. Another agent called us and told us that they sent an email stating that the bus will come at 8:30 am instead of 9:20 am. I did not check my email because I thought it was confirmed. I was upset because they should have called or texted us for the schedule change. The agent arranged another shuttle bus to pick us up in ten minutes. We arrived at the airport. However, we paid extra for the roaming fees to make the call, waited one hour in the cold, and faced a lot of stress.

They were very easy to deal with. The driver was right on time and extremely personable.
