Friday, June 6, 2025. #645 Business Class for the first time ever. We were delayed by 3 hours getting to Oshawa from Ottawa. I understand it can't be helped at times but it caused quite a problem for my husband who was picking me up. They said we were eligible for a refund of half the ticket price but I never heard anything more about it.

Super impressive 153km per hour….wow…the agent at the gate was perfect I have a foot problem and the help was perfect… the contractor and the server on board were awesome very professional and responsive. I live in Saskatoon and we don’t experience this as much… pity. This experience was marvellous
