it was rush hour so the trip was longer than usual but it also arrived 30 minutes after the time. i think it should be adjusted accordingly or written might be 30 minutes later
I get out one stop before my destination without my backpack who stayed on the bus and the driver left me there but a very nice person from Maheux came and picked me up and made all the arrangements for me it was amazing
The Autobus was right on time and the driver was very polite and helpful. Though it started to rain but the drive was smooth and the bus reached the destination before few minutes of its scheduled time. Overall, I am very happy with the ride 😊. Thanks Maheaux.
I landed to YUL and saw that there was no close bus time from yul to ottawa. So i went to the gare but then the bus went to yul back. I just paid for uber for nothing. Bad experience
C'était la première fois que je prenais cette compagnie à partir de l'aéroport Trudeau et tout a été parfait. Juste une remarque, j'attendais à l'intérieur de l'aérogare car je pensais que le bus allait s'arrêter ici. Or, c'était plus loin. Ne pourrait il pas y avoir un panneau d'Orléans Express, nous indiquant où aller à l'intérieur ?
Booking tickets was simple. When we reached at the bus stop outside Montreal
Airport bus was waiting and people were lined up. The driver was doing something that no one knew what. He opened the space to put luggage and spoke to a few passengers and then after 1/2 of waiting outside in freezing cold he left without explanation. No one knew what was happening. We all stood in cold from 8:00 to 9:00 pm. The other bus areived at 9:00 and the driver was fast in checking the tickets and putting luggage in the luggage compartment.
We got home an hour later than scheduled.
I found online formation that indicated the pickup location was #8 in the departure terminal. We waited there. Luckily I double checked the boarding pass and it indicated #8 in the arrivals area. In fact it is out the #28 door and a walk down to post #8. The information for where to get the bus in Trudeau airport is poorly explained.
Operator was hard to understand in English and was very indifferent to us being out in the cold when we were told to be there for 8:15 pm signs on the bus regarding wifi use were not readily accessible in location and language
Punctual service. Very efficient Boarding and Alighting. Only part that confuses is there is a stop at Montreal Airport that is not serviced, and the Bus departs from 100 meters apart, make a last miunute scurry for those waiting at Gate8!
I didn’t know where the stop was! it just said “the bridge” my ticket didn’t direct me anywhere so i had to take the via train after walking around aimlessly for an hour in the area written on the ticket because i couldn’t find the stop
The driver had to drive in the worst snow storm. Took his time and got us home safely. It was the best money spent. I had considered a rideshare to save cash, but will definitely book with Orleans express again as I can not underemphasize the importance of a professional driver in a blizzard!
Good experience abs WAY better than greyhound. I stopped riding buses for 4 years due to horrible experiences with greyhound, since the train to Ottawa was cancelled, I tried the bus, and thankfully, it went well.
The driver was a bit discourtsius . When ipointed to my luggage as he bringing lugages he said he doesn touch such. I didnt find that funny because he was bringing out others. luggage is lugage irrespectve of the park
The trip was very clearly overbooked, so we had to wait over half an hour to board while they found a second bus, which did not have any of the on board perks promised when reserving with Orleans express (electrical outlet, decent room, etc). Staff was very rude and did not give us any update on the time it would take, the detours that we would be taking, or any general information. Driver was also very rude once arrived to destination.
