Megabus Canada Kingston Toronto recent customer reviews
The bus arrived to the pick-up point before schedule so we were able to board early and leave on time! The drive was smooth and safe. We even ended up arriving early to our final destination, which was a bonus! Thanks Megabus!
On time, the driver was courteous and also a good laugh, first rate customer service please remember this at his next salary review
The bus disappeared, and I didn’t receive any notice about delay or cancellation, we waited for 1hr under -12 degree, and even spent 512CAD for Uber to catch our flight
According to customer reviews, the service provided by this company is reliable and efficient. Customers appreciate that pick-up, ride, and delivery were all on time. However, some customers mentioned a lack of signage at the pick-up point as an area for improvement. Overall, the driver was praised for being helpful and friendly throughout the journey.
FlixBus Kingston Toronto recent customer reviews
The driver was very accommodating to my special needs. Because I am legally blind in my right eye. He moved me from my assigned seat.14B to right behind the driver seat. He also made sure that I got on and off the bus safely
First my bus got cancelled, then the new bus was 30 minutes late and we also had to switch buses on the way. Terrible service
The driver was great. I found the seats to be very tight to the point that I was in contact with the person beside me the entire trip.
Customers express dissatisfaction with the service, specifically mentioning delays and lack of communication. These issues seem to be consistent across multiple reviews. Overall, customers had a disappointing experience due to the lack of responsiveness from Book a Ride.
Book A Ride Kingston Toronto recent customer reviews
The bus was 1.5hrs late for departure, there was no attempt to contact me to notify me of the delay. The bus was not marked as a Book-A-Ride bus, and there was no access to wifi or outlets on the bus as promised on my ticket.
I got a message that the bus was delayed by 1 hour a few hours before the scheduled time. Then i got a random text 1 hour before the changed time that the bus had arrived. Then i went to the bus station and had to wait one hour for the bus. Not likely to use this service again.
Very disappointed! I waited for the bus with two other girls for two hours in the cold, drizzling rain. Ultimately, I had to make another reservation with Megabus to get to Toronto. The other two girls had to take an Uber to ensure they wouldn’t be late for their flight. It cost me $95 more to get to Toronto. I should have arrived in Toronto at 1:15 pm. Somehow, I arrived at 5:05 pm, thus wasting my time. When I arrived at the pickup point, there was a Book a Ride bus waiting, but the driver said that it goes to Montreal, reassuring the three of us that there was another Book a Ride bus coming to take us to Toronto, and he drove away right on 10:15 am when our bus should have left. I have a feeling the driver ditched us for some reason, going straight to Toronto. Either way, I will never use this bus again.
According to multiple positive reviews, the bus service is excellent and always on time. Customers appreciate the effort made by staff members in loading heavy bags and find the seats comfortable. The overall cost efficiency of the service has also been praised with a 5-star rating.
Rider Express Kingston Toronto recent customer reviews
Very smooth and comfortable ride; went by more quickly than I thought it would. Will definitely do this again.
Bus said it was delayed till 7 pm, then said it wasn't delayed anymore and would arrive at 6 pm. Arrived at 6:50 pm and I had to wait an hour for it to show up.
Took a detour off the highway, the bus was late to arrive even after a late notification and was late to arrive by over an hour
According to customer reviews, the service is praised for its comfortable seats and kind staff. Customers also appreciate the complimentary snacks provided. However, there are complaints about being over an hour late and missing connections. Some customers also mention that the heat in the bathroom was too extreme.
Red Arrow ON Kingston Toronto recent customer reviews
