The driver was great but didn't explain to the passengers that we wouldn't be taken to the village
We were left in Saint Jovite and told that a local bus would take us to the village. The local bus driver showed where to .get a shuttle to take us to the hotel. At that the shuttle getting us. At that another driver unco nected to our hotel saw us and out and out of mercy picked us up. A 2 hr and 50 minute trip took us about 5 hrs and 45 min.
My fiancees seat was broken so she couldn't move it up so we had to move to another seat. The bus needed care, the seats looked dirty or stained and many of them didn't work
Great ride and service! . Only thing is that it was cold in the bus! I think the AC on. Everyone had their jackets off at first but I noticed as well over time people were putting their jackets back on.
The bus driver was very rude and unkind.
He turned air conditioner so we were very cold. So I asked him to turn on the heater and he said “no”. The bus temperature was 16 at that time. I always carry one thermometer. I took a photo that he turned the air conditioning. And he blocked the first row passenger seat with a gabage can but I need the seat as I am senior handicaped. So I asked him if I could seat there but he said “no”. A man yielded his place to so I could sit behind the driver. Later when a young get on the bus, he removed the blocked garbage can volunteerly and offered to sit the first seat what he prohibited seat to me. The driver reserved the seat for her.
The wifi would not connect. It got stuck on a page saying by pressing connect I accepted the terms and conditions, but there was no connect button. Only cancel.
At St.Jeromes, the bus driver stopped at the bus station and said the bus would stop here for five minutes and we could get out to use the bathroom here. I left to bathroom and when I came back, I saw the bus left without me! I went inside and told the lady at the counter that the driver forgot me in spite of my backpack is still on the second seat behind the driver and my luggage is in the bus as well. So she called the company for me about my situation, my bags in the bus and then told me to take a local bus to Mont Tremblant. First she told me I had to pay six dollars because it’s not the same company but I told her I was left by the bus driver, why I had to pay an extra. She then went to tell this local bus driver for me and he let me in and brought me to Mont Tremblant. I arrived there at 5:30pm (instead of 5pm. because the Galland bus driver forgot me!) Anyway thanks to the lady and the local bus driver who help me out of this bad situation!
Great service, professional, friendly and helpful staff.
Suggestion: Having used your service various times some buses could be updated - interior is looking a bit tired.
That said, five stars all around and I have recommended your services to friends.
I wish that there were outlets on the bus for portable electronics and/or usb outlets for cell phones, even. I also wish that wait times at each station weren’t necessarily as long as they were, but perhaps this second aspect is unavoidable if the bus is early and must wait until a departure time from one stop to the next.
It was a smooth ans quiet morning ride to Tremblant. I was especially grateful when the driver was kind enough to let us know how to take the local bus to the hill, including how much and from where.
Bus came early so we could take our seats, we were transferred on to the direct bus to Mont Tremblant which took 1.5 hours less then expected. Over all good service.
Hi - we had a good journey and lovely bus driver but we thought we would be dropped off at the Mont Tremblant ski village - which was 20min away - so that was very disappointing and very cold :(
