At St.Jeromes, the bus driver stopped at the bus station and said the bus would stop here for five minutes and we could get out to use the bathroom here. I left to bathroom and when I came back, I saw the bus left without me! I went inside and told the lady at the counter that the driver forgot me in spite of my backpack is still on the second seat behind the driver and my luggage is in the bus as well. So she called the company for me about my situation, my bags in the bus and then told me to take a local bus to Mont Tremblant. First she told me I had to pay six dollars because it’s not the same company but I told her I was left by the bus driver, why I had to pay an extra. She then went to tell this local bus driver for me and he let me in and brought me to Mont Tremblant. I arrived there at 5:30pm (instead of 5pm. because the Galland bus driver forgot me!) Anyway thanks to the lady and the local bus driver who help me out of this bad situation!
Great service, professional, friendly and helpful staff.
Suggestion: Having used your service various times some buses could be updated - interior is looking a bit tired.
That said, five stars all around and I have recommended your services to friends.
I wish that there were outlets on the bus for portable electronics and/or usb outlets for cell phones, even. I also wish that wait times at each station weren’t necessarily as long as they were, but perhaps this second aspect is unavoidable if the bus is early and must wait until a departure time from one stop to the next.
From Montreal Bus Terminal to Tremblant Village it took 5 hours 10 minutes. Ok you cannot predict traffic although timetable should be adjusted to take into account. Also VERY IMPORTANT, Galland does not deserve to Mont-Tremblant, it only brings you to St-Jovite and from there you need to take another bus, pay extra money (3$ in cash only) which takes another 30 to 45 minutes (and possible another 15-30 minutes to wait for this other bus). Very disappointed.
The trip went fine, the bus driver was friendly, smiling and helpful. Downside is that the bus stop at a shell station and we have to take a city bus to go to Tremblant (40 min, after waiting 25 min for the connection ) . Would be nicer if they stopped in Tremblant
We arrived v late to our destination .we were supposed to arrive to mt tremblant at 5 but we arrived at arround 6. 45 they could have predicted the road traffic and inform us and we had too many stops .thank u
