Bus Tickets from Kingston to Pearson Toronto Airport

Everything was good. Except the seat belt was kind of tight, was not able to adjust for more room.

It was raining a lot that morning and it was leaking through the ceiling. I have pictures of it.

I enjoyed that they arranged a seat on another bus for me even though the bus was late. I didn’t like that my bus was delayed.

Good service, clean bus and comfortable seats only that there is a small space between seats

Bus was late to arrival, people were sitting everywhere and ignoring the designated seats, it was freezing with the AC blasting, the bathroom had no toilet paper or hand towel or anything in it

Bus broke down, driver didn't communicate what was happening or delays. Ended up missing flight because of 1+ hrs delay

The bus was 1.5 hours late, the driver stopped at the wrong location multiple time, yelled at passengers, and went on their phone while driving

I like the communication letting me know if there are any changes in the schedule and route, the complimentary drinks and snacks, and the attentiveness of the two—or three-member crew. Also, being able to choose where to sit comfortably, like in an airplane-style chair (pull-out tables are included for each chair), is a bonus.

Bus driver was quite rude. There was garbage in my seat and no drinks or snacks available.

Driver was amazing! On time, great driving, helped passengers load an unload our bags. Smooth ride. Bathroom on board. Nice temperature on bus and comfy seats

not happy !! was to catch bus at 2:15 it did not leave until 2:45 was to arrive at airport at 5:50 did not get to airport until 6:35 which made us do a mad dash to catch our plane. very stressful trip. would not recommend your service

Timely, comfortable seats, clean, had much difficulty finding the subway station after arriving in Toronto although I realize that is probably out of control by the bus companies.

My experience with Book A Ride was horrible. The bus delayed 3 hours, literally, 3 hours and I have screenshots that prove this. I was supposed to arrive at my destination at 10PM and I got there 1:30AM.

Bus was almost 30 minutes late and smelled very strongly of the bathroom in the back

Hour late. Bus broke down on the highway twice. Driver was on the phone yelling the entire time. Driver had to stop and get gas.

The trip was comfortable The workers were amazing We needed the wheel chair lift. They treated us respectfully

Train was 4 hours late There was no food compensation given The condition of the train was dirty and is in need of upgrading the seats and center seat dividers. The via rail staff at Kingston was friendly and kept us informed of situation.

Was a nice pleasant ride from Kingston to Toronto one of the employees came along n did some magic and made a balloon flower and lady bug for my niece it was so nice it made the trip for us both

The drop off location was on the on-ramp, the driver purposely left without a passenger who had to go to the bathroom but the driver refused to wait, and the bus doesn’t have bathrooms… really disappointed

Bus was cancelled 4 hours before it was supposed to leave, refunded right away, then made the very same bus available only an hour before departure and by then it was too late to be ready

I missed my departure. Because app sent to wrong place . It lack proper instruction . It said depart from Tim Hortons . But no address with the app where is . So I assumed it was the Tim Horton on John counter where this bus station is .

Vehicle had 6 passengers, which was 1 too many in back set, too squished
