They changed the bus driver at when stop somewhere and the driver forgot to go Scarborough first and then downtown Toronto. So after arrived at downtown we asked to go to Scarborough cause we bought ticket to there. Therefor late more than one hour
Not very pleasant about my trip. I missed it due to language barriers on the pdf ticket file. I missed it and the staff did not show any concern regarding my trip.
That dude at mtl airport booked us the wrong arrival destination. Also, he had the worst customer service... maybe tell him to get a different job because he clearly doesn’t wanna be there. I would recommend McDonalds... night crew
People were drinking beer on the bus they were drugs and they were being disruptive at the back. Also, the first bus had no outlets and the seats were disgusting. On the second bus the wifi and my outlet wasn’t working. It is my first time taking greyhound and last time. I will continue to take megabus.
It was a terrible experience. I paid 40$ for a ticket only to be inconvenienced, and miss my class. Every passenger was complaining and I’m not happy with my experience with Greyhound. Taking the train from now on.
The bus got broken in the middle of the street downtown. That means the bus maintenance is not done regularly. The situation was dangerous and I had to walk to Coach Terminal Station with my heavy baggage.
The bus was comfortable through the trip but there were a lot of disadvantages. The bus was overbooked so i had to wait for another bus that was 30 min late though the staff said it will arrive in 5 minutes.
The bus drivers were extremely rude and unprofessional and they were yelling at the passengers. The plugs on the seats were not working all over the bus and there was no wi-fi though it was mentioned in the booking
the bus engine stopped and we had to wait im the middle of nowhere for more than an hour, i arrived at toronto at midnight instead of arriving at 9:25 as a result i was unable to make it to my barrie destination that night and had to spend the night in a hotel
Two busses have different seats. One of them has low edge in front of passenger, so it was hard to stretch legs. But there was plenty of room for knees
The first bus from Montreal was 30mins late. On top of that, on our way to Toronto, the bus broke down and was only able to move on after 2 hrs. The bus was only supposed to be a express bus but they had a lot of stops to pick more ppl up. This has caused me to miss my flight!
The main issue was the wifi not working and a lack of security because a few doors for the luggages above the customers were still open when the driver left, and for the whole run.
It was a smooth drive, the driver was nice and polite. Was my first time riding with Grey Hound, I needed directions & her was so nice to point me the right way.
There really should be direct MO-TO buses. And while it's great to have the MO-OTT driver give us a speech about not talking and having lights on, if he's going to have a nasty, hard case threatening tone about it, he also has to nicely greet us.
I was early at the bus station and the driver did not mind to put us on the bus and that was living right away we were in toronto 2 hours ahead of time, thank the drivers from me.
Left stranded for 2 hours between Ottawa and Toronto because the bus broke down. Then ran into evening traffic in Toronto. I had been travelling since 6 am that morning and didn't arrive at my destination until 6 pm this eve. So not too pleased.
