They stopped at many locations, then there was another bus which had a mechanical issue or they Said so, in order to put all the passengers in the same bus, ıt was the First and the last time Ride with this company
I am quite dissatisfied with the service to be candid as the driver during most of the trip had ear bugs in his ear and was talking constantly and periodically laughed and or yawned. Further he ate a sandwich, drank orange juice and a Cadbury bar as he was driving. He drifted in the highway lanes which was also concerning. He had purchased (signed) for these items at the On Route location just west of Cornwall. One of the things that I was concerned with was that the driver hit the rough edgings on the edge of the highway on a few occasions and I would consider this a hazard especially with a full bus load of passengers. We stopped in a plaza parking lot in Kingston to meet another bus. This is when the driver from Montreal was relieved by another driver (A male oriental gentleman) at which time he took over the controls while the first bus driver stayed on the bus and rode it to Toronto. The first driver was concerning for sure while the oriental gentleman was very cautious and appeared safety conscious ie checking his mirrors frequently moving safely when required and in my opinion adhered to regulations regarding operating a vehicle.
The first bus driver was great. Once a change over occurred the bus driver would often suddenly break (numerous times) probably as a result of worrying about her phone. It was hot and stuffy on the bus and also took nearly 2hrs longer than it should have.
WORST COMPANY EVER!!! they cancelled my bus home to see my family without even telling anyone. literally 30 ppl standing in the FREEZING cold for an hour. I paid over 50$ in Ubers to get there and back also.
Worst experience ever. The bus's AC broke and started spewing fumes in the bus. The driver was telling us it is steam. Then he dumps all of us, 40 passengers, in casino thousand islands and makes us wait there from 2 pm and now I am writing this review and it is 12 pm and we are still waiting. Every hour they come up with a lie that the bus will be fixed and the bus will come in 2 hours. They have no customer support and they are liars. Zero reliability and zero liability. They stranded 40 people in the middle of a storm in the middle of nowhere and they did not even say sorry!
They changed the bus driver at when stop somewhere and the driver forgot to go Scarborough first and then downtown Toronto. So after arrived at downtown we asked to go to Scarborough cause we bought ticket to there. Therefor late more than one hour
That dude at mtl airport booked us the wrong arrival destination. Also, he had the worst customer service... maybe tell him to get a different job because he clearly doesn’t wanna be there. I would recommend McDonalds... night crew
People were drinking beer on the bus they were drugs and they were being disruptive at the back. Also, the first bus had no outlets and the seats were disgusting. On the second bus the wifi and my outlet wasn’t working. It is my first time taking greyhound and last time. I will continue to take megabus.
It was a terrible experience. I paid 40$ for a ticket only to be inconvenienced, and miss my class. Every passenger was complaining and I’m not happy with my experience with Greyhound. Taking the train from now on.
The bus got broken in the middle of the street downtown. That means the bus maintenance is not done regularly. The situation was dangerous and I had to walk to Coach Terminal Station with my heavy baggage.
The bus was comfortable through the trip but there were a lot of disadvantages. The bus was overbooked so i had to wait for another bus that was 30 min late though the staff said it will arrive in 5 minutes.
The bus drivers were extremely rude and unprofessional and they were yelling at the passengers. The plugs on the seats were not working all over the bus and there was no wi-fi though it was mentioned in the booking
