The bus was late but then arrived 2 hours earlier at final destination, leaving us in an empty station at 3 a.m. I thought the bus was "luxury" but actually was very basic, lights were not working, no USB to charge phones and uncomfortable seats. Real disaster!

Although the bus was ok, it the bus arrived 4 hours too late. And the driver made some passengers, including my son, puking for his driving style. He drove too fast. Unresponsible.

The trip was good and on time. We even arrived well in advance of schedule in Armenia. Unfortunately, a big minus was that it was extremely cold, which made it impossible to sleep. We were not prepared for this.
