Many users appreciated the comfortable and generously reclining seats, which contributed to a pleasant travel experience. However, several reviews highlighted that buses were often late or departed earlier than scheduled without prior notice. Additionally, there were frequent mentions of overly cold air conditioning and occasional mechanical issues affecting comfort during long journeys.
In total very good. Just the timing was a bit off. We started 30 min lat but still arrived 1:30 h early. Reliable times would help planning things. Also, the driver was sometimes really racing (overtaking in close corners...). Service and everything elese fine. Would still go again :)

I liked that an employee came to warn us in the waiting area that the bus was earlier than planned.

The bus was late but then arrived 2 hours earlier at final destination, leaving us in an empty station at 3 a.m. I thought the bus was "luxury" but actually was very basic, lights were not working, no USB to charge phones and uncomfortable seats. Real disaster!
Passengers generally found the bus service comfortable, with spacious seats and helpful staff. Many appreciated the punctuality of departures and arrivals. However, some noted that trips occasionally took longer than advertised due to unforeseen circumstances or scheduling issues. Additionally, there were mentions of overly cold air conditioning on certain journeys affecting comfort levels for a few travelers.
This "premium" service was a massive disappoint. The main problem was there were no seatbelts, surely a standard requirement in 2026. We also didn't get the promised reclining seat, entertainment or WiFi. We did arrive on time but the rest stop was very disappointing

There was some confusion at the bus station with times and tickets. I definitely did not need my ticket printed out. But we got underway and the journey was fine. The bus was comfortable. We arrived at our destination on time.

There were no outlets on the bus. There were no foot rests. There was a period of time that the AC was off and it was very hot on the bus. A couple stops, but riders were not told. Fast driving with hard stops.
Customers appreciated the flexibility to change travel times and enjoyed a lunch stop during their journey. However, there were reports of music playing throughout the trip, which may not suit everyone’s preference. Additionally, some travelers experienced a chaotic stop six hours in and noted that arrivals can be delayed by about 1.5 hours.
