Expreso Palmira Bogotá Armenia recent customer reviews
As it was a night bus, it was a bit annoying that the lights were turned on all the time. Also it was freezing.
It was an easy and very fast trip. The seats were so comfortable! But it was so so cold in the bus.
We were quite disappointed with the bus staff and the driver as well as the terminal staff. They didn’t even try to speak English or tell us anything that we need to know as far as information via luggage seats, Wi-Fi, etc. The bus itself was comfortable however, the driver drove recklessly. It was freezing cold at times. And the stop it made was not a good place.
According to customer reviews, there are complaints about significant delays in arrival time, with some journeys taking an extra 3 hours. Additionally, there were reports of a trip from Bogota to Salento that was supposed to take 6.5 hours but ended up lasting around 12 hours.

The bus left 20 minutes late. It stopped a couple of times at the end as the engine overheated - smoke was belching out from the back. So it's far from the luxury brand it's supposed to be, but the wifi worked really well and the pit stop was good.
The bus is clean and comfortable, managed to sleep on a coach for the first time in my life
I'm really grateful for the affordability and ease of this service, but I arrived at my destination two hours after the forecasted time :(
