Bus from Calgary to Banff: Tickets & Timetables

Love the punctuality of the bus driver and overall the cleanliness of the bus and how spacious it was.

Awful. bus didn't show up and when i called help line they claimed it had. i had arrived at (correct) bus stop 30 minutes early.

Very poor service. Unclear instructions for pick up and we missed it although we asked for the bus driver to wait 30 seconds and he declined.

I was disappointed in every way, except for the polite voice and attitude of the driver. 1. The bus was 55minutes late(cutting into my 48hour trip), while the neighbouring company had two buses come and go. 2. The bus itself was old, dirty, only lap seatbelts, no suspension, the door flapped/rattled l the whole ride and cold air blowing in. 3. No music. 4. Hard seats. 5. It was SO noisy - couldn’t even speak to the other 3 people on the bus without raising my voice - combo of hearing every bump in the road and the door banging I guess. 6. The bus had NO suspension- every bump hurt my back and jarred my head. Super unprofessional mode of transportation- for a very high price. Not satisfied at all.

Ride was smooth and driver ,Claudio, was very friendly. I left my phone on the bus and he was able to quickly return to our hotel to drop it off for me. All in all very good experience.

Due to unexpected bad weather, our flight from Vancouver to Calgary was delayed, and Driver Mo waited for us for an entire hour. Of course, we were the only ones waiting in the shuttle, but I know this kind of consideration isn't something we should take for granted. I'd like to express my gratitude to Mountain Park Transportation and Driver Mo for their prompt response. Driver Mo even came to the luggage pickup area himself to help us. He drove smoothly and was very kind, even offering a few brief Korean remarks when he realized we were Korean. If I ever come back, I'd love to use Mountain Park Transportation again and meet Driver Mo. I'll definitely recommend him to everyone!

The bus broke down on the side of the highway and by the time I reached Banff I had to start work in a few hours.

Rude when I arrived. I arrived 5 mins before 10:30 and he said it was about time I arrived

The worst experience I’ve ever had. The bus timing was 10:30 but bus arrived at 11:45.

It is okay only the pick up and dropped off is far from Banff Avenue.

The bus reached in time for my trip from Calgary to Banff. I was a disastrous on the way back from Banff . The bus did not show up in the designated place for departure as shown in the bus ticket ( Red Carpet Inn) as well in Elk street in Banff as suggested by the driver who dropped us on that spot on the trip from Calgary to Banff) . The weather outside was bad and we had to walk few times between elk street and red carpet in heavy rain for the bus . Later on booked a ticket in Flix bus with the help Banff visitors info centre to come back to Calgary! When checked the email from On It for revised location of the departure it was too late .

Our bus was supposed to come at 8:10 am, but the company sent us an email at 8:.06 that there will be a delay in the pick up time, without any other information. And around 9:18am then sent another email that the bus will pick us at 9:49 am !! We were waiting in the street and it was sunny and windy. I don’t think I would choose this company again. Fortunately the next bus of the same company came around 8:40 am and was able to accommodate us

The only thing I didn't like was after we started moving, the bathroom on the bus got really humid and the toilet was covered in condensation. Other then that, the service and trip was great. The driver specifically was super friendly and funny!

I have an amazing experience. The bus driver was great and had an amazing personality. I would definitely ride with Red Arrow again.
