Ebus User Reviews
Ebus has received positive feedback for its clean buses and friendly, respectful drivers. Passengers felt safe due to the careful driving of the staff. However, it might be helpful for travelers to know in advance that there are no stops for food or drinks during the journey, so bringing snacks is advisable.
My experience with Ebus BC was great overall. The journey was smooth, comfortable, and well-organized. I really enjoyed how clean the bus was and how easy the boarding process felt. The seats were comfortable enough for the trip, and everything ran on time, which made the whole experience stress-free. The staff were professional and helpful, which added to the positive experience. I also appreciated how straightforward it was to book and travel without any confusion. If I had to mention anything I didn’t enjoy, it would be that the trip could feel a bit long depending on the route, but that’s expected with bus travel. Overall, I was very satisfied and would definitely use their service again.

Small seats and no leg room. Very small spaces - hips and thighs touching passenger beside me. Uncomfortable with that snug feeling with a man. There were a few empty rows so I moved to an empty row when we stopped in red deer. The driver should let passengers know they can move seats if they are crowded. ( whoever books these seats in your control centre should be filling in 1 seat per empty row before doubling up the seating. The back 5 rows were all empty after red deer. ) And I was cold all the way. My feet especially and as a diabetic that’s not good.

The trip was fine. Bus was 30 minutes late. Very nice driver.

The bad: booked a non exchange and had a medical appointment come up- would not listen to reason to assist in recoup. The good: booked a next day bus- driver extremely helpful and thorough, smooth drive, warned about the traffic being a potential for slow down. Quick and responsive to questions.
