I booked a 8:35am bus from Red Deer to Edmonton airport…bus arrived in Red Deer at 9:26….thankfully the driver was able to get to Edmonton airport just in time for my flight

I enjoyed how quiet and comfy it was but didn’t enjoy that it was 20 minutes late causing me distress and anxiety.

The bus was late. The bus was very dirty. The driver was very unhelpful. Not nice.

Enjoyed that I could relax as I felt confident the driver. The seat was very comfortable which meant a lot.

My recent experience with Rider Express was profoundly disappointing and, frankly, alarming. I arrived for my scheduled trip to Edmonton International Airport with a valid, fully paid reservation clearly linked to my email address. Despite presenting proof of payment without ambiguity, the driver refused to allow me to board. What was most distressing was the driver’s conduct. His tone, demeanour, and dismissive behaviour toward me felt overtly discriminatory. The manner in which he singled me out suggested a bias that left me feeling deeply disrespected and dehumanized. No customer—regardless of background—should ever be subjected to such treatment. This incident not only disrupted my travel plans but also constituted a violation of my basic dignity. Being denied entry after meeting all requirements and providing valid proof of purchase is unacceptable; experiencing what appeared to be racially motivated behaviour from a company representative is even more egregious. I expected professionalism, integrity, and fair treatment from Rider Express, yet what I encountered was the opposite. I strongly urge the company to investigate this matter thoroughly, implement appropriate accountability measures, and ensure that no other passenger endures such a degrading and unjust experience. I am writing to formally notify Rider Express of my intent to initiate legal proceedings arising from a deeply objectionable incident in which I was arbitrarily and unjustly denied boarding despite possessing a fully paid, verifiable reservation. The driver’s conduct—marked by overt hostility, discriminatory undertones, and a blatant disregard for my rights as a paying customer—constituted both a breach of contract and a violation of my basic human dignity. This correspondence serves as official notice that unless this matter is immediately investigated, rectified, and appropriately addressed, I will proceed with a civil claim and a human-rights complaint on the grounds of discriminatory denial of service. I expect a prompt response.

On time. Good driver. I did get some very odd notifications on my email that had nothing to do with me or my trips.

Excellent service and comfortable. The only issue was one loud and unruly passenger that reeked of alcohol, scaring a young boy. He came and sat by me for a few minutes thinking I was someone else and made awkward conversation making me uncomfortable. I believe he was drinking on the drive.

The bus and ride to Edmonton airport was fine. It would've been better if I could've kept my purse on my lap like the woman behind me but was told it had to go in the overhead bin. Also a couple across from me had a bag of food on the floor between them. The same rules should apply to everyone.

Bus Driver very fast driving not following the maximum speed, and I am not comfortable on my set spot very tightly spaced

I enjoyed the services of Red Arrow, But I can’t sleep while on travel because of the light of the laptop of the passenger beside me from Red Deer to Edmonton she use is laptop! Very disappointing!

Bus was late getting to red deer by 40 min. From red deer to Edmonton it was late because traffic. i took the bus in July it was 30 min late as well.

Tough to get in contact wkth anyone. Bus didn't come ended up being shuttle in f150 with 5 people not ideal
