Not good service. Bus was late, broke down and the passengers was left on the street to wait for a replacement bus. There was no communication from the staff regarding what was going on. My mom of 82 had to wait on a street corner in the sun for the bus that must replace the broken bus. When I phoned to find out how late the bus would be in Heidelberg, I received conflicting answers via phone and email. In the end the bus was 2 hours late.
