Love the coaches, nice to have a refreshment fridge in the back but they used to have cheese and crackers and soup and they should bring that back.
My first time going with ebus. I was expecting to find myself in Edmonton but I ended up in Calgary because I was in the wrong bus and I was not checked in. If I was checked in, I would have known that I was in the wrong bus. I saw only one ebus which i entered not knowing that another bus was meant for Edmonton. I had to spend extra money for hotel accommodation which I did not plan for.

Very bad . They left early to the departure time mentioned ,and I had to suffer and had to cancel my whole trip
The guy could barley speak English and he didn’t count the people on the bus after stopping he just left right away and it was super messy and a guy was drinking and vaping
I booked ticket for Wednesday January 10 2 8;55; AT TIM HORTONS and there was no bus . I arrived at 8;15 and ended up going to Edmonton after purchasing yet another ticket via other bus line. I waited until I was certain your line wasn’t going to be there. Very upsetting as my trip was time sensitive.
