Banff passenger transport and tours Ltd. User Reviews
Banff Passenger Transport and Tours Ltd. receives praise for its punctuality, friendly drivers, and clean vehicles. While passengers appreciate the service overall, there are mentions of cramped seating conditions in smaller vehicles that could be improved for comfort.
Great service and smooth ride! I recently traveled from Calgary to Fort McMurray, and the experience was great. The service was well-organized: a shuttle bus picked me up right downtown, dropped me off at the airport, and I seamlessly transferred to the main bus. The trip was quite fast. The driver was professional and made regular stops at gas stations, so there was plenty of time to use the restroom and grab some snacks.

The bus arrived on time and the driver communicated clearly with all passengers. There were times I was concerned the driver was not being as safe as possible on the road. Ex, swerving between lanes on the highway, not coming to complete stops at stop signs, and driving above the posted speed limit.

It was very good and safe drive.

They cancelled my bus last minute. Refunded my 1 way to Calgary but I had a round trip booked to take me back to Jasper. They haven't refunded that. I missed a very important night for me in Calgary and the busses that I tried to get on in replacement arrived way to late for my event in Calgary. So right now I'm sitting here in Jasper missing a very important event in Calgary.. They claimed the bus on the way to Calgary had mechanical issues . They basically just refunded ONLY the trip to Calgary . How do they expect me to use the return ticket to Jasper if I couldn't even get to Calgary.Extreamly disappointed ... Mr.Lorry Gallant ...

The bus was too cold. It’s the cold season and the bus management should prepare a bus that would keep us warm.
