Bus Tickets from Chamonix to Genève Airport

Very Bad, bus did not arrive, called helpdesk several times and after 90min wait a transfer was arranged, almost missed flight.

Terrible experience, bus didn’t turn up leaving us waiting in the cold and ringing constantly for updates. I had to demand a transfer to the airport in the end.

It was going to be 5 minutes late and I got a call to let me know… great communication!!

The bus departed on time , the driver was very careful and the seats were comfortable.

Very good but the bus arrives after at 10:15 after the estimated time by more 15 mins

Terrible, I wanted too changed time. But no help. Terrible company and Terrible service . Never never use Swiss tour.

Everything was fine. Departed right on time and arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule.

Late departure. Express bus but it stopped several times. Had to change buses mid route. Basically a joke. I will never use this again

Excellent. The bus arrived early, the driver helped me with my suitcase and we got to our destination swiftly. I did find the bus overheated.

Bus was late. Received email that delay 120 min. Bus came 60 min late without updating.

Coach was on time, driver polite and helpful. He drove very smoothly so we could enjoy the views and relax.

Flix bus is the most unreliable bus company. It changed the bus schedule, I miss my flight by 15mins and had to pay an additional 200£ to get another flight

Very easy to book and locate the coach. Driver friendly and professional, journey pleasant.

Bus driver didn't have his papers in order and so we were held up at the swiss border for 1h20 causing me to miss my flight

Awful. The trip was cancelled 30 min before the scheduled time with no reason. The staff at the bus station confirmed it was not even scheduled!! No other alternative was offered and I had to find a solution by myself. I will never book with such unreliable company.
