Awesome service, easy and efficient. I had reserved a 6:30 bus but when I arrived they said it was full and we had to get on the 7:15. Not a huge deal but I thought I had reserved a spot. That makes me skeptical to rely on it on the future.
We were booked in onto the 2200hrs bus but left at about 2315hrs. As far as I can see buses just arrived when they arrived and passengers are allocated a bus as they turn up.
Very disappointing, especially as I had 2 young children with me.
It would help that a sign be placed in the area where the bus would park. We were guessing the whole time until the bus arrived. Also got mixed up with another bus that arrived early with a mark ‘swiss touring’.
I had a massive delay on my flight and at the border. AlpyBus was able to help me navigate that, book me on their next bus as a fail safe, and some how turn a miracle and get me on my original ride all the same. 10/10 service will use again
Nice staff at the airport. Good bus and we’ll driven. Slightly late departure and quite a few out of the way stops en route to Chamonix bus station. Quite late arriving in the end but I was still very satisfied with the service provided for the cost.
The bus and driver were fine. Timing caused me significant inconvenience. The bus arrived for GVA pick-up after the scheduled departure time. Delays at the border were as usual for the time of day. Drop-offs made at Sallanches and St Gervais were slow and arrival ChamSud was approx 15 mins late. As a consequence I was 5 mins late for my onward connection
Not sure why Chamonix bus spends nearly an hour in Geneva traffic after leaving the airport. Surely makes more sense the go from Geneva to airport to Chamonix. Very annoying
Les conditions ont changé entre le moment où j’ai acheté mon billet et le jour du départ. J’ai été dans l’impossibilité de prendre le bus car je n’ai pas de pass vaccinal. Le service après vente est lamentable. Je veux être remboursée.
I booked and paid for a ticket but, did not find the bus. The directions for the stop are very vague and no one could help. The man at the ticket counter was vey rude and did not offer any assistance. I ended up taking the Alpybus which was much easier.
wrong bus stop address on your internet site and in your booking confirmation (approx. 1km away). I even emailed to confirmed and once again got the wrong information.
Bus driver opened the bus at 19:29, but has been parked there since 19:00. Left people waiting in the cold and took 15 min to check people in.
Very loud music in the bus and bus driver did not drive very safely (doing sharp curves and swearing at other drivers).
