The Bus didn't even came ,I had to take another bus , I was to late for the other bus I bocked to Germany , even there I had to Bock other Bus... So too much time and too much money, that how much it costed me
Its terrible drive, staff in Sofia its unfriendly, seems they don't like foreign people, driver's in bus speeks only they language and at stops no explaining what goin on,even in border crossings, I goin first time, and don't know what to do and where to go. Its terrieblest experience in my life.
Very helpfull driver and his assistant, I was late for my flight from Istanbul, but Arda's bus driver did everything is possible to help me catch a taxi to airport on his way to bus station in Istanbul. Really appreciate such kindness and help.
Aucune aide à l'arrivée à Sofia. Les chauffeurs font des poses longues
Avion manqué. Il aurait été correct de déposer les gens qui en avaient besoin a l'aéroport.
The bus arrived with a 2:20 hours delay and I almost loose my flight to another city, besides the driver stopped every 45 minutes at restaurants o gas stations to eat (everyone) and I think it’s unnecessary to make so many stops, it only makes the trip longer
Good service in general, but the arrival was at the wrong place (Burgas West instead of Burgas South) and late by almost two hours. Still, the overall experience is positive.
the bus arrived in Burgas at the West station, but the ticket indicates that the arrival at the South station! Many passengers got in trouble because they were met at the South Station and not at the West Station!
Staff disoriented passengers with information about the bus. They told that arrived bus go to Sofia and Burgas passengers have to wait for another. Then they changed their opinion few times and finally it was same bus for Burgas and Sofia. Passengers were disoriented
I lost my money due to pass me wrong information they asked me to wait for bus at 72 gate he gave me in written but bus did’t come there I was waiting for bus18:25 evening when the time passed19:20 I asked them and they said bus was on 73 gate and we are not responsible for that very bad behavior I really disappointed later I Buyed a new ticket and came to Istanbul
The delay 7 hours comparing with planned time. We changed bus 3 time without previous notification. No English speaking staff, no normal informing about route.
The driver smoked and I wasn’t told when booking the bus would route through Bulgaria, I was worried they would require a covid test which I didn’t need for Greece.
The bus stop was very difficult to find and there was no one to ask which was our bus. When we finally found the bus, we were first told it was going to Thessaloniki. Then we got in and sat down, and was suddenly told this wasn’t the right bus so we got our luggage and ran outside, only to be told that it actually was the right bus. Then the bus arrived in Sofia and we were told we had to change our bus, even though we had asked several times if the bus was going to Thessaloniki and they said it was. Here we had to wait for over an hour and the staff was really rude to us. This bus to Thessaloniki was also delayed, and the staff was rude and wouldn’t tell us where the last stop was. All in all, it was an awful experience and we will not choose or recommend this company again.
On the ticket, the departure station is Edirne central bus station. The time of departure is at 1,30 o clock.
But, the Edirne central bus station is closed at 22 o clock.
Where are the people supposed to wait for the bus?
It was freezing out side.
The ticket was the cheapest in the market (14 Euro for Dresden-Vienna). Drivers were helpful. The bus was comfortable. I would definitely recommend Arda Tur. However, the bus was late for 45 minutes which made us nervous. Besides, the parking place was mentioned incorrectly on the ticket.
It was so awful. It was sold as a 4 hour and 25 minute bus ride but instead took almost 6 hours. Was a hour late and somehow arrived over 2.5 hours later than expected. It took the longest route possible instead of a direct route through Dresden. Drivers were rude. There was no toilet on the bus. No communication was offered. Driver at one point pulled over on the side of the freeway for 8 minutes. No explanation offered. Also the wifi didn't work for over 3/4th of the journey. Just miserable.
The lady hostess should be more smily and friendly. The VIVACOM wifi was not in function during the whole trip. We informed the hostess but she did not do anything to resolve the problem.Drivers should be more gentle when changing gear(too bad for gearbox) and change lanes in a more gentle way.
