It was a good trip, wish seats were assigned.
Only thing was that bus said it had wifi but didn’t. In my experience all buses say that only 1% actually have wifi.
Quite good, but there’s no wifi
It was really nice, the seats were comfortable, it was perfectly on time. Perfect!
Dear Sir or Madam I bought a bus ticket from busbud.com for a travel from Berlin to Prague on 27.07.2018 at 07.30. I went to Bus station one hour before departure time and talked to bus driver. I showed him my ticket. He took it and said something but I could not understand him since he did not understand English or German. Than he told me to wait. I waited until 7.30. Then bus driver said “I am sorry” and did not let me in. I had plans in Prague and unfortunetaly and now I have to pay much more money than I paid to your company. This was a mistake I did not expect from Eurolines. Please correct this mistake and compensate my damage as soon as possible.
USELESS WIFI LATE ARRIVAL
Was annoying that the wifi on our 4.5 hr bus did not work and was “temporarily out of order”
We were around 36 minutes late in arriving at our destination.
they don’t wait even 5 minutes to board all passengers. we came a minute late and saw the bus and begged to get on and the bus driver was horrible. disgusting.
Wifi was weak
Our trip was excellent. The bus left right on time and I was surprised to be offered hot drinks, snacks and have access to wifi. The staff was very friendly as well!
Very timely. We left at 7:31 for a 7:30 bus and arrived at exactly 12:00 the time of arrival. Comfortable seats and temperature in the bus, helpful driver. Definitely would take again and recommend to others
Best bus we've caught and we catch a lot around Europe! Better than FlixBus!
