Really impressed with the service. Super friendly staff, waited for us when we had issues with our ticket and couldn’t belive the value for money!! Will definitely be traveling with them the remainder or our trip.
Perfect, would be great if a print out of the online ticket wouldn‘t be nessessary
I was satisfied with this service a good driver, careful.. (It was frosty and icy at times) . I prefer that then too fast just to be in time. We were 45 min later than scheduled but the szenery was stunning and i enjoyed a comfy ride.
Because of a nationwide strike we head to rebook our tickets to another day. The staff at the bus station could neither have been less helpful nor less friendly. 20 minutes before her shift change, the lady at the office told us she could not help us right now because she had to check her facebook. On the bus, no USB port worked and the air condition was freezing and super loud all night long although we asked the staff to turn it down. Because of endlessly many stops we arrived 90 minutes late. The biggest joke of all is that with Via Bariloche "Cama" actually means Ejecutivo and you need to book "Super Cama" to get an actual cama.
I understood from busbud website we'd booked "lie flat" seats but it turned out to only be 160 degree. The staff were a bit grumpy with us initially as the language was a barrier. But in the end they offered us to come and sit in these seats once they had been vacated so the last 4 hours of the trip was very comfy. Busbud, sorry but I don't think it's very clear on your site when we are choosing options that you are getting a 160 not a lie flat bed. Bus schedule was fantastic and the toilet was the cleanest and well stocked of all the buses I've been on in the last 6 months around south America, so well done on that.
Nice bus, comfortable, warm, quick
Very comfortable bus, easy to sleep on, clean bathrooms, breakfast and dinner served on board, nice staff, easy ride. I recommend it to all.
Brilliant journey from Iguazú to Buenos Aires. Very comfortable seats and very helpful and friendly staff
Great seats lots of room slept good treated good . Charging point for phone would have been appriciated
Good company. I took a bus from Buenos Aires to Puerto iguazu. It was Cama seat. They served me both dinner and breakfast. The service was good. Drove safety. But I found that the ticket on busbud was expensive compare to buy at the bus terminal. If you have a time and if you want to save money it'd be better to buy at the bus station. the price was half in a same condition.
Not sure why you still need to print tickets. It should be all electronic in at least Chile and Argentina.
Great! Comfy and safe
Very good as always. The staff is continually working to keep the bus very clean
#1 - We had no choice of choosing seats when we ordered our tickeets. It should be possible. I had a TV-screen in front off me straight in my face. It could not be turned off. #2 - I had a flatscreen TV close running and shining straight in to my face. It could not be turned off, which I believe it should.
Paid for premium executive from Buenos Aires to Iguazu, 17.5 hour trip. Bus broke down after 4 hours, on side of road for 2 hours. No explanation from staff. Another bus arrived which we all joined, making it a full bus - it was only a standard seating bus. We arrived 3 hours late to Iguazu. Nothing was ever explained from staff. It was only through another passenger that we knew we were changing buses. We do not know if we can claim reimbursement between fares because staff offered no information.
the bus was very comfortable and clean with good facilities. the staff were very friendly and helpful. the only problem was that the bus was very delayed.
Everything went great except the WiFi connection
The best bus trip I have ever had!!
Awful. Bus delayed 3 hours with no explanation or information. Staff very rude. No compensation offered. Truly dreadful.
Comfort of the seat and bus trip itself was very good, food however was aweful. Also the driver didn’t wake us when we arrived at our destination, and therefor we had to get a bus back from the final bus stop to our destination, which was a waste of time unfortunately.
Seats lay all the way back, but don't create a flat surface. The bump under the hips makes sleeping really uncomfortable. However, the staff was lovely and the food was really good.
Departure on time. Smooth and fast travel from Buenos Aires to Cordoba + a very comfortable bus to spend the night in.
Bus one hour late. Staff was rude. Comfortable bus
Bus arrived more than 90 minutes late. No communication from staff.
It was a very comfortable trip, but the meal was untasty, the drinks were good.
The bus was supposed to have USB ports and the ads that ran on the bus repeated that claim, however of the 7 seats I checked, only 1 had a port and it didn't work.
The stuff was unconscious and unpleased. The ac at the bus was freezing and nobody succeed to sleep. The passengers asked from the drivers to turn it off but the would not agreed. The trip was disaster.
