The bus was 2,5 h delayed. My seat was quite dirty and messy, probably from the person before me. Also the air conditioning was dripping water, so my baggage down in the trunk was really wet when I received it again. Very disappointing journey.
The man loading the bags onto the bus took advantage of the langage barrier and demanded money from me. He would not load my one bag without me paying him on the side. He told me in spanish that only 15 kilos per ticket was allowed. He then took my friends bag and refused to take mine, despite the fact we were on two separate tickets. Ignored me while he loaded everyone else's bags and told me I could pay him if I wanted to go to Buenos Aires. Extremely unprofessional.
I am satisfied with General Urquiza. The bus, the staff, all were good. We arrived a bit late (20-25 mins) but I guess that was due to some road maintenance.
Road works delayed out arrival. Very comfortable. No issue about our heavy bag. 13kg allowance per person is a bit frugal. But we had one heavier case between 2. Steady driver took no risks.
The bus was late more than an hour and a half. Since I had a flight connction in Buenos Aires, I had to buy another ticket. The Vosa bus arrived at the sation when I was leaving. The office of Vosa was closed, no staff was available for enquieries. There was no contact phone available.
