Very great blankets, clean seats, food was okay and staff was great
Basic trip in night bus. Late due to traffic arriving at Buenos Aires. Rest was normal. Just cold as usual.
Good bus - the staff was on strike so we left more than 2 hours late
Very good service
Excellent service and very professional staff. The bus was very clean, it left on time and arrive in Buenos Aires early
Very good bus and ride was smooth. Even a small meal when we left! I would take again this company
Very good service
Air condition didn't work Staff unfriendly Overpriced Dirty
They listed the service as overnight bed service. However it has semi bed capability. The seat does not have the ability to convert into a flat bed. This is false representation of their service when I pirchases it.
Bus has fleas on its sheets
Even though the bus was 1 hour late, the communication from the staff was excellent. I wasn't worried as they gave regular updates. The staff on the bus were incredibly helpful and friendly. I would definitely use this service again
It was generally good but lacking a few items. Other bus companies gave us food and or water for long trips, this one was around 12 hours and nothing. The only facility to use is the bathroom which gets dirty after only a few uses by other travellers. There was not air conditioning, at least nothing sufficient enough to keep the upper part of the bus cool, I was sweating the entire time. Bus seats are slightly smaller than other companies o have ised but are sufficient. Overall I would say this is sufficient.
Good company, not as advertised
No air condition Was very hot and no air..! Chairs not comfortable as other buses The bus arrived 50 minutes late !!!
The ride was okay but it was very late.
Bus was late arriving at destination. Bus was unclean. Chair was broken. Staff very unhelpful.
The bus seats were very comfortable and the staff was helpful! But the bathroom was gross and the bus was 30 min late to depart and 2 hours late to arrive.
We sat on top deck at the front. The screen in the above panel just rattled like mad the whole 9 hour journey. Extremely irritating banging noises. Seats were comfy. Bus was on time. Driver was good! Disappointed about the bag loading. I went to the back of the bus to put my bag in, but a random guy insisted that he put my bag on the bus. Once he did so, he held his hand out for money?! I could have done it myself for free? Unnecessary service and very rude.
El viaje estuvo bien.
Everything was ok. Huge, comfortable seats.
Comfortable bus in which you can have a real good night sleep. Friendly staff, hot food. Best bus ride in argentina
great food (and wine!), excellent service, and comfy seat.
El cole no tenia wi-fi e otras cosas que tenian en lo sitio. Confortable, pontual, pero podria ser mejor.
Bus was 20 minutes or so late. Wouldn't have minded at all, but the station displayed no info, nor the staff, and passengers had no way of knowing. Once aboard, I was pleasantly surprised. A tray of snacks, followed by a burger/patty and mashed potato. Followed by water, juice and, best of all, whisky! Helpful for sleeping. Woke in the morning to a sweet snack and a small coffee. Very impressed.
Bus itself was fine - comfortable seats, good food, easy to sleep. But it arrived an hour late to Cordoba bus station for Buenos Aires journey. Waiting around there for almost two hours wasn’t much fun!
Really great, except the bus driver was rude when he collected our tickets. The attendant on the bus was very nice.
Don’t use this company. Compared to other Argentinian bus companies it is very poor. No food or drink on a 12 hour journey. No stopping to buy food on the way. No working WiFi. No entertainment. No toilet!!
bus was on time, all good. hard to sleep on the ride though
They lost my bag cover. It's bright green! And was attached to my backpack
Bus was an hour late, no explanation, staff was rude when boarding
