There was no air conditioner for downstairs premium seats which made it a hot box for 6 hours
Comfortable ride. Some buses have a 'part bed' arrangement in the upper section. It would be great to be able to specify that on the booking. I had one on the previous trip but not this time.

Older bus with poor air conditioning and damaged curtains that could not entirely block windows from sun. No soda or food service on board, but good complimentary self-service coffee. Toilet facility was OK, but needed better ventilation. Both drivers were professional and friendly.
The bus got a puncture after an hour which cannot be helped. A new bus picked us up in about an hour. However we were delayed over two and a half hours in total, so the rest of the journey was an hour and a half more than it should have been.
I didn't realize there would be so many little stops. Maybe there is an express bus to Córdoba? Seats were comfy if a bit narrow and semi-cama reclined almost completely. USB charging ports were a nice touch.

We had to wait for more than an hour in an unpleasant stinky station. And we have arrived an hour and a half off scheduled time. Also the air conditioning was too cold.

Comfortable seats for sleeping, which was the main requirement getting to our destination. As with all overnight buses the aircon is so cold. I had a blanket but my boyfriend didn’t and we were not seated together. Snackbox provided but it was dry biscuits. No coffee but given a sugar and creamer!?

Poor ticket booth staff, would not print ticket for us and made us pay to print at internet kiosk. The bus seats go all the way back, which sounds good unless your the one behind someone with no legroom at all left.

I’m traveling around in the country, obviously have no equipment to print tickets. I find it extremely stupid to keep requesting printed version while I have it on the phone... and unnecessarily paying extra fees for a print.

Poor service... 3 hours of delay, almost no AC in the bus while we had to change bus to get more AC, and absolutely no compensation.
Use this company from Rosario to Cordoba, Argentina. The bus didn’t say the company name on it but it was comfortable leather seat and a driver and associate driver seem kind.

Didn't come until 1.25 hours after the time on the ticket. No one to tell us when it would arrive or provide a reason for the delay. The bus wasn't even urquiza. If it wasn't for a woman next to me helping I would never have known to get on the bus
we were 30 minutes delayed which wasn't that big of a deal but it took an hour and a half more than the displayed time to drive to Córdoba from Rosario. We were supposed to leave at 9:30 and arrive at 16:15, but instead we left at 10:00 and arrived at 18:00. It took 8 hours to drive somewhere that normally takes 4.
Bus got cancelled and no information given to us, not even the information dedk knew about it (they apparently know nothing, dixit an Urquiza staff member). So we got another bus 2 hours later...
Toilets were v poor...no soap no paper towels, v tired looking
