Bus was 1hour 30mins late leaving Seville. We pulled in to a service area but some passengers protested so the driver carried on and so on the almost 7 hour journey we had no opportunity to get off the bus or get any food or drink.
The bus was very clean. These were my concerns. There was no way to assure the safety of our luggages down below. It was a free for all when we arrived. Someone almost walked off with my bag
They did not have a bathroom... I got a surgery so I asked the driver to help me with my luggage and he said yes but after was so mean.. I bought the aisle seat on the internet but it was the window seat on the real life.
A little smaller than I thought it would be. And the amenities aren’t very comfortable: the wifi was pretty slow, the bathroom tiny and some of the outlets wouldn’t work
Bus was on time. However it was too cold of the bus and I couldn't sleep (it was an overnight bus) a suspension was horrendous and the bus was very bouncy making me feel sick. Seats were also v.uncomfortable to try and sleep in.
Bought my ticket online then saw it was to Madrid aeorporta, I asked the socibus agent if it also stopped at the bud depot in Madrid, she told me no. On the bus another traveller adked if it stopped in town, I said no, based on what I had been told, but another passenger said it did, and he was correct. Agents need to provide correct informarion.
Had a really great experience with Socibus! I had a lot of luggage but I was able to put all of it on the bus and I got to the airport on time! Everything went smoothly and the staff was really nice
The buses should arrive at least 5-10 minutes
before their scheduled departure time so that
people are able to drop off their baggage and
take their seats on the bus. Also, there was no
wifi on the bus, despite the driver leaving a sign
up for the password of the wifi. The driver also needs to learn to take it easy on the curves, and to go faster when there is no one in front of him verses accelerating on curves, so that we can hear the baggage underneath being tossed around. Also, the bus smelled like a dirty public bathroom.
There were already a delay when we reach Sur Station. There was no reason to change another bus from Madrid Sur station to Madrid airport. This was an extra crucial delay. I almost lost my flight
Seats in the bus didn’t match the seat plan when I was buying the ticket. Because of that I had a seat with less leg room and I have long legs. So the trip could have been more comfortable for me.
No toilet paper, bad smell throughout the bus. Wifi was so slow it took 10 minutes to load a single webpage, so completely useless. ALSA is much better than Socibus
The bus was supposed to end at the Airport as per my ticket. It stopped in centeral Madrid. This caused me to nearly miss my flight. The bus drivers could not speak English and said they could not help even though I showed him my ticket. Very very disappointed and will not be recommending this bus to anyone traveling.
There was no toilet on the bus, the no water or blanket was provided, it's quite uncomfortable to travel and sleep in an overnight journey without any accessory, this is not the case in india , for 10 euros we get almost all of the above.
We were a bit confused about timings as there was no English spoken but that's ok. We were also not sitting together. There was the aisle in between us.
The wifi wasn't working. I asked the driver why, but he didn't understand. Also, I wasn't aware at the time of booking that I could have chosen our seats, because I didn't know this, we were seated apart.
The leg room is too short. My experience was good with the bus but there were inconsiderate passenger who sat behind me and would not let me to recline my seat.
