The driver was friendly and tried to help even though we spoke English. We were under the impression that we would be taken directly to the airport. When we had to switch buses at the bus station it was difficult because our Spanish wasn’t good enough to be understood. We did finally get on the correct bus and make it to the airport. I would suggest this trip would be better for fluent Spanish speakers.
Even when there is no space left to put luggage, the driver refused to open the other side of the bus to put luggage. None of the staff can speak English, and does not bother to explain what is going on, even when showed clear signs of not understanding the language they were speaking. The staffs were rude and unprofessional, a number of stops were made to allow the driver to smoke which cause a very late arrival at the destination
