Bus was cancelled and recieved no prior notification. Arrived at the depot and went to find out which gate it would be leaving and was told all buses were cancelled.
Completely understandable that they were cancelled due to the weather, but surely an email of some sort isn’t that hard to send out.
El colectivo demoró 4 horas en salir. No llegó a Puerto Montt sino a Osorno. El trasbordo a PtoM sería 1 hora después y yo tenía un vuelo a Santiago. Tuve que tomar otro bus en Osorno (lagos sur $3700 más) y luego un taxi de $15mil pesos chilenos por la hora que llegué. Luego no tuve pesos ni para comer debido a ese incidente
I enjoyed the films. But the drivers were rude and not helpful.
We arrived 5minutes before departure and the driver told us our luggage would not fit in the bus. And we were made responsible to deal with the problem ourselves. In the end the driver found space inside the bus but did not take care of our luggage.
The bus was more than 2 hours late and no one informed us. We got to the station for time for the bus that was supposed to depart at 4:40 am and left the station after 7 am!! We didn’t know if the bus was even gonna make it, and we missed our next bus of the delay. Very unsatisfied by this trip.
We did not receive the seats we had reserved (seats 3, 4 on the upper floor) and we were allocated 2 seats with the same numbers, but on the lower floor, which should entitle us to reimbursement. Also, the bus broke down at the border and we had to board another bus (CATA) in which my partner and I were separated, with aisle seats with no view of the window, our neighbors having pulled the sleeping curtain...
I was stopped from getting o. The bus by the staff as I had no evidence of my covid job. I missed the bus and had to get another and lost the money on that. I then paid for another bus overnight and did not need to show evidence of covid jab. Transparency must get their information right.
The coach itself is not well equipped. There is no WiFi or charging points. The display information time/date is completely wrong (says we are still in 2015). The bus staff were incredibly rude. The bag man aggressively demanding tips for rolling our bags onto the filthy floor. The driver was very aggressively shouting at us for sitting in our own seats. Please do not use this company.
I arrive 3 hours later in Salta. And i need To do a transfer but it wasn't writting anywhere. Thanks To others travelers in the bus that told me. Otherwise, I would have been in the wrong city. When I asked question to the drivers. They seem to don't care.
One drink offered during a 14 hour journey, no food or further refreshments offered. TV did not work. Cold due to air conditioning being on too high. Bus still dirty from previous journey upon boarding, also strange smell.
Absolutely disgusting. It was all false advertised. We bought tickets that said, cama ejectivo, WiFi, entertainment and snacks. Non of the above was delivered. The toilets were disgusting and the bus driving kept waking me up every stop, after I told him we were going to the end destination.
When we arrived at the station we were told our bus was delayed. The staff repeatedly told us the bus was coming “in a few hours”. Eventually, 9 hours after the scheduled departure time, we were told the bus was not coming. We were told to get another bus and then a connection which eventually dropped us off at 2am in a small town over 700km from our destination. The next bus was scheduled for 10pm that day but we were told this was fully booked and we would have to wait until the next day - 44 hours later!
To say we were disappointed would be an understatement. I’ve honestly never had such a long, frustrating or downright awful experience travelling.
The bus was late (due to football we suspect) no one apologised. No one told us - we had to keep asking when the bus would come. The bus was very worn. There was no food service. When we arrived a guy (not Tramat staff) unloaded our bags and then demanded / harassed us for money!
