I arrive 3 hours later in Salta. And i need To do a transfer but it wasn't writting anywhere. Thanks To others travelers in the bus that told me. Otherwise, I would have been in the wrong city. When I asked question to the drivers. They seem to don't care.
One drink offered during a 14 hour journey, no food or further refreshments offered. TV did not work. Cold due to air conditioning being on too high. Bus still dirty from previous journey upon boarding, also strange smell.
Absolutely disgusting. It was all false advertised. We bought tickets that said, cama ejectivo, WiFi, entertainment and snacks. Non of the above was delivered. The toilets were disgusting and the bus driving kept waking me up every stop, after I told him we were going to the end destination.
When we arrived at the station we were told our bus was delayed. The staff repeatedly told us the bus was coming “in a few hours”. Eventually, 9 hours after the scheduled departure time, we were told the bus was not coming. We were told to get another bus and then a connection which eventually dropped us off at 2am in a small town over 700km from our destination. The next bus was scheduled for 10pm that day but we were told this was fully booked and we would have to wait until the next day - 44 hours later!
To say we were disappointed would be an understatement. I’ve honestly never had such a long, frustrating or downright awful experience travelling.
The bus was late (due to football we suspect) no one apologised. No one told us - we had to keep asking when the bus would come. The bus was very worn. There was no food service. When we arrived a guy (not Tramat staff) unloaded our bags and then demanded / harassed us for money!
Staff was friendly, but the bus was initially 2hrs late and then we sat in their garage after a switch to another bus for another hour or so. Also no food on the overnight bus like the others I’ve taken in Argentina.
Bus was 2 hours late and our cama seat was covered in food crumbs and rubbish when we got onboard. As an overnight trip disappointed to see no blankets or pillows offered. Bus was incredibly cold then switched to overly hot. Wouldnt travel with them again
We felt secure, which is good.
Problem was delay of 1 hr at departure and 2 hrs at arrival.
Worst was the meals: Quality was very good but at departure we received a dulce de leche cookie and a the, then nothing until 11:30 pm, whereupon we we got a snack that should heve been served in the afternoon and a hot meal, which should have been our dinner, all at once!
