Most was fine, was very happy with the steward keeping the bus clean. Aircon was not working, so it was hot in the night. Would like to have better and precise announcements of available time in the breaks, for going to toilettes, smoking, shopping.

We chose this bus company after reading some positive reviews but it is not worth it! Should have gone with Cata! Staff were rude, bus changed so our seats were moved, bus took ages and then broke down. No announcement or apology. Food was god awful. Get the quicker bus with Cata!

The bus was a lot to cold. Aircondition was very noisy and most people was freezing.
There was no information about stop / we got 8 minutes = not time to buy food for the Long trip for most of the passengers.
The driver got offcause his food and coffee and came 10 minutes after we where told to drive.

Everything was fine, the service staff was excellent and hard working. Too many stops for my liking in the middle of the night and the TV should be turned off at 10pm so we could get rest, hardly got any sleep.
