I would not ever recommend this bus line and will do all I can to make sure no one chooses this bus line all over then internet. Paid money and didn't even use the serice. There was no phone to call anywhere. i searched on line and most offices were permananetly closed. Total disaster

The bus arrived late to the pickup station, and left 30min later than the actual schedule of 1pm.
The air conditioning was blowing cold and I stayed with my coat on the whole trip.
Wireless was not working, neither the charging plugs
The bus was pulled over by the italian police for a routine inspection. I started to believe that something was not alright as the check took more than 20min.
In the end, the bus arrived to the destination 1 (one) hour late.
I’m sorry but with such a bad first impression, I am needed to look to other travel agencies.
