This service was advertised as having a toilet available , there was no toilet and the driver said he can only stop in an emergency , my daughter is type one diabetic and so he agreed to stop but drove past three services before he eventually stopped . The journey is almost 4 hours and it’s unacceptable there is not a planned toilet stop especially when it says on the email there is a toilet available
