Some communication from the driver would have been helpful. The driver pulled over after the toll and was going through his bag, and then couple minutes later later he continued driving.. it was odd.

There was a lot of confusion with my ticket, I never received a barcode, the bus driver spent time trying to match my ticket number with his devise, which he wasn’t able to do, fortunately he allowed to travel, I received about 5 emails, none of which had a barcode on it.
The bus journey was comfortable and as it wasn’t too full we all had space.
