Aircoach is the best way of travelling to the Dublin airport from Cork One thing I would like to have in the winter time is better heating in the bus. The flexible ticket is very comfortable and no stressful me.I can recommend travelling with Aircoach
The aircoach sign was not visible - I & other passengers found ourselves waiting at the wrong bus stop because of this. The bus would normally arrive 15 mins before departure but didn’t this time - it arrived around Camden Quay at 3.10 & the driver saw us & signalled to us that the stop was further up the street. I was absolutely frozen at that stage & got no apology for he being late & I mentioned the bus sign which I expected to be blue & then he showed me this tiny sign in yellow with aircoach written on it - not good enough.
As a result of a delay in my flight , I arrived in Dublin to meet with a very bad attitude from your representative , he was rude and had a bad attitude when I tried to explain my situation as I had taken out insurance on my ticket in case of delays etc .. however he told me I had to buy a new ticked which I duly did as I had been on the road for almost 24 hours at that stage ,
The only positive was the bus driver .
It’s obviously a long ride no stops which I understand but it would be great if there was a chance to buy some bottle water on board because people often rush to get on these buses and they don’t have any alternative but to sit it out ..
Very helpful driver and good smooth journey. Arrived in Cork only a few mins late but this was due to traffic and passengers holding up departure. Overall excellent.
