Aircoach Dublin Belfast recent customer reviews
Not good . The departure was late the driver was hanging about waiting for someone who didn’t materialise the bus got about 15 minutes into the journey and the driver announced someone was mistakenly on the bus and he would have to go back to the airport and drop him off !! We all had our tickets checked on getting onto the bus ,why was This not picked up then ?? No staff about Dublin airport to give advice !! I was at 3 different areas trying to find the departure for Belfast !!! Will not use the service (!if it can be called that !!) again all the different companies selling tickets for the one bus is confusing !! Bus bus , national express etc etc disasterous
All on time and clean coach and friendly driver. Suggest the driver welcomes people onto the coach and confirms destinations and timings. Also that he covers some H&S aspects of keeping yourself and each other safe during the journey.
A lady fell at the emergency door drop ,on the coach and I told the bus driver no one came to her aid . Until I informed the next driver and she then called an ambulance.
