The Go Bus to VA was a very pleasant experience. There was another person greeting us and offered us water and then when everyone was on board made a PSA as to the time, the locations of the usb and power ports, the bath room, the length of the trip, etc. The trip back there wasn't any of that?
The bus was on time. The ride was very smooth. The bus was clean inside out including the bathroom. The driver was very professional and courteous. Keep it up.

My initial train ride was expected to be late by 7 hours, after calling the customer service agent .I had to get it reschedule,but this train was late and no alert notification was sent. I did not pay any additional fee,but I feel disgruntled because they don't respect my time, nothing is there to compensate for the pain and agony. I felt. Also I had to reschedule for an earlier train which was more than 2hrs late has well. Overall very poor service .
